Blackbeard weakest yonko?

So, after the MF war the Gorosei talk about Blackbeard here:

This was before time-skip : "stop his advance" does it mean that the Yonko & Marco can kill/beat blackbeard ?

But Post TS chinjao says only blackbeard looks good after whitebeard's era ended

What do you guys think?
