Daily One Piece Character Analysis

I saw this thread on Arlong Park Forums and thought that it's a great thread, so I will post it here on the best forum : OJ.
Here's the deal:
I will post a character every day and you will post what you love and loathe about the character and rank him on a scale of 1-10.
