Alright, I'm curious as to who people think are the smartest characters in the manga. But before we get into some deep tangent about what "really defines smart," I mean the most cunning, strategic and purely intuitive characters.
For me I have a pretty good list of people:
Franky - Incredibly ability to reverse engineer most everything and innovate it and shift it to his own means.
Clover - please. It's freaking Clover. The dude is a boss.
