I am really giving high regard for people in Roger's Era over the current Era so far. I think the list with everyone in their primes are:
1. The Gorosei: They HAVE to be the strongest to be in charge of the WORLD.
2. Gol D Roger: The Pirate King.
3. Kong: He was Fleet Admiral in Roger's era. Seems to have the fighting style of Garp but just appears to be stronger physically. Not only that, he is the Commander-in-Chief, 2nd to only the Gorosei in authority.
