I think that he posses the power to control the weather, its a proof that in lougetown when buggy was about to kill luffy a sudden lightning came and the weathers changed and so luffy was saved and then at Goa kingdom when dragon appeared the weather became intense. well i think that dragon ate the weather weather fruit... you guys can give your opinions on this in replies..
