Who Would You Fight In One Piece?

If you where strong enough to fight someone in One Piece, who would you fight and why?

I would like to fight Worlds strongest Swordsman Hawkeye Dracule Mihawk.
Because he was the first shichibukai, introduced in OP. And we still don't know his true power & potential.
I want to taste his power, I want to know how strong he is !
