Dracule Mihawk is the greatest swordsman inthe OP world atm. In the past he rivaled Shanks, as time goes by he can only get better, at Marineford he fought everyone with ease. He shows no fear towards anyone and so far hasn't got a scratch on him. With that being said is it possible that he is Yonko level?
