Make a list like this
Luffy ( a little below admiral lvl )
Zoro ( a little below luffy weaker than law)
Sanji ( probably equal to zoro )
Franky ( about VA lvl , could beat a weak VA , equal to mid VAs. )
Robin ( a bit weaker than franky)
Brook ( equal to franky or a bit weaker but might be stronger than robin )
Chopper ( i have no idea , havent seen much from him yet )
Ussop ( Eventually will surpass brook , has 1 haki )
Nami ( could beat arlong ? ) haha she is the weakest !
