Who do you think is a character that holds maybe a good amount of importance but is so easily overlooked?
I think of Commodore Brandnew (Brannew) -- the marine who assigns bounties to criminals -- as the first one who comes to my mind. He has a unique chartacter, and if i had to imagine what 'Green Bull' Ryokugyu looked like, I would say him, but that's besides the point![;)]( "Wink ;)")
