If you could replace one of the Yonkos with another character

I was thinking about all the awesome characters Oda has created and I was thinking of which one I really wanted to see go all out, and I pick Shanks second in command Ben Beckman.
First off he is ice cold and the scene at marine ford where kizaru aims to kill luffy on laws ship, but no no. Cool killer Ben Beckman sitting there gun locked and loaded and the Admiral. That's right Admiral backs down like he don't want none.

How popular is ONEPIECE in your country?
I'm a Nigerian and I live in the former capital, Lagos before it was taken to Abuja...
In Nigeria, Onepiece isn't as popular as Naruto OR Bleach (until it went down the hill) but for us that are fans of the manga, we are PROUD OF IT.....gradually some people are beginning to give it a benefit of doubt to found why we have always & continue to INSIST that Naruto is nothing compared.
Some of us do tell them to @least cross over the first 100-200 episodes before they start complaining,...
